- Phase-I : Online Written Test (objective, based on eligibility group)
- Phase-II : Physical Fitness Test (PFT) – Running, push-ups, sit-ups, squats
- Phase-III : Medical Examination as per IAF standards
- Adaptability Test I & II – assess candidate suitability
